Zupka Pieczarkowa Wyjątkowa

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 pierś kurczaka
1 torebka mrożonek Hortexu "Zupa pieczarkowa'' (lub warzywa:marchew, ziemniaki, brokuły, seler, por, pietruszka, pieczarki)
garść drobniutkiego makaronu np. gwiazdki
3-4 kwadraciki serka topionego KIRI ziołowego (może być inny ziołowy)
2 kostki rosołowe Knorra
1,5 - 2 l. wody
koperek
pieprz czarny mielony, pieprz ziołowy, vegeta
1-2 łyżki oleju lub masła

Prepare instructions:

Wodę zagotować z dwiema kostkami rosołowymi (można dać 1 kostkę rosół z kury i 1 bulion grzybowy)
Kurczaka pokroić w kostkę i wrzucić do wywaru.
Dodać mrożonki (lub świeże warzywa).
Pogotować ok 10 min., dodać makaronik. Doprawić do smaku.
Wlać w małą miseczkę trochę zupy, ale - rozpuścić w niej serek (najlepiej mikserem-nie będzie grudek). Dodać to do garnka.
Posypać obficie koperkiem.
Pogotować jeszcze z 5 minutek, ew. jeszcze doprawić (nie żałować pieprzu ziołowego). Gotowe!

Zupka przepyszna, kremowa, bardzo łatwa i szybka w przygotowaniu. POLECAM!!!

W składnikach jest drobny makaron - nic juz nie trzeba dodawać :)

Właśnie zrobiłam jest naprawde bardziej smaczna tylko dodałam troszke wiecej makaronu polecam pycha
