100 g wieprzowiny pokrojonej w cienkie paski
2-3 liscie kapusty
2 papryki
1/2 jajka
3 lyzki bulionu
troche maki kartoflanej

sos:
3 lyzki sosu sojowego
1 lyzka cukru
1 lyzka sake
troche pieprzu
bulion

Prepare instructions:

Do cienko pokrojonego miesa dodac pol jajka, plaska lyzeczke maki kartoflanej i odstawic na chwile.
Pokroic kapuste i papryke /w paski/
Przygotowac sos ze skladnikow podanych obok.
Rozpuscic w 2 lyzkach wody 2 lyzeczki maki kartoflanej.
Rozgrzac troche oleju i obsmazyc mieso. Odlozyc na talerzyk.
Podsmazyc kapuste i papryke, dodac mieso i przygotowany sos a na koniec
make kartoflana rozpuszczona w wodzie. Minute pogotowac. Odstawic do wystygniecia.
W Japonii sprzedaje sie cieniutkie plastry ciasta, ja robie po prostu

nalesniki. Ostudzony farsz nakladac na ciasto, /nalesniki/,panierowac i usmazyc na zloty kolor.

U nas kolega z Japonii robił podobne danie, tylko przywiózł ze soboą sos gotowy(sos sojowy ze słodkim sake), i nie używał tłuszczu wszystko na tym sosie robił. Strasznie nam smakowało - spróbuję zrobic twoje paszteciki, tylko spróbuję miesko smażyc beztłuszczowo. Swoją drogą masz rewelacyjne przepisy :)
