Gapa_1410 w tym roku pierwszy raz robiłam dżemik z aronii i to wg Twojego przepisu. Jednak trochę go zmodyfikowałam :). Aronię i inne owoce przekręcam przez maszynkę do mielenia mięsa (średnie sitko) - dzięki temu nie muszę rozgniatać owoców. Poza tym dla eksperymentu dodałam kakao do kilku słoiczków. Ja dodawałam takie rozpuszczalne z cukrem. I wiecie co wam powiem? Wyszła smakowita aroniowa nutella :). Także dziękuję za podstawę przepisu, za rok zrobię napewno więcej dżemu z kakao :)
