Ingredients:

10 paczek herbatników petit berry (tych dużych)
puszka mleka skondensowanego słodzonego (może być gotowa masa krówka)
0,5 l śmietany kremówki 30%
3 śmietan-fixy
opakowanie kremu w proszku(waniliowego lub ajerkoniakowego)
cukier puder (do śmietany)
czekolada mleczna do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Jeśli używamy mleka skondensowanego gotujemy je przez 3 godziny w puszce na wolnym ogniu.
Blachę do ciasta wykładamy pierwszą warstwą herbatników.
Na to idzie masa krówka i herbatniki.
Teraz przygotowany krem, według przepisu z paczki, znowu herbatniki.
Na to ubita śmietana z cukrem pudrem i śmietan-fixem.
Jeśli zostały nam herbatniki, można ułożyć je na bitej śmietanie.
Na samym końcu całość posypujemy mleczną czekoladą (można też czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej z dodatkiem łyżeczki masła i dwiema łyżkami mleka - całość polać)

Polecam ciasto jest psyzne i jedyne które je mój syn przysłwiowy Tadek-Niejadek. ja nie używam gotowego kremu a sama robię masę budyniową ale moze kiedyś się pokusze bo strasznie nie lubię robic tej masy.
