Mrożony sernik

Ingredients:

25 dag serka śmietankowego (dwukrotnie mielonego) lub serka homogenizowanego,
1 puszka mleka skondensowanego słodzonego,
2 łyżki kawy rozpuszczalnej,
1 łyżka gorącej wody,
1 szklanka bitej śmietany,
1 tabliczka czekolady,
2 łyżki mleka,
1 1/2 szklanki pokruszonych herbatników,
1 kostka margaryny,
1/4 szklanki cukru.

Prepare instructions:

Herbatniki, rozpuszczoną margarynę i cukier wymieszać w misce i masą tą wyłożyć dno i boki tortownicy (średnicy 24 cm). Ser utrzeć na puszystą masę, stopniowo dodawać mleko skondensowane, kawę rozpuszczoną w 1 łyżce wody oraz czekoladę rozpuszczoną w gorącym mleku i przestudzoną. Masę serową dokładnie wymieszać, delikatnie połączyć z bitą śmietaną i wyłożyć do tortownicy na przygotowany spód. Przykryć folią i włożyć do zamrażarki na 12 godzin.

Tak. To jest właśnie taki lodowy sernik. Też jestem smakoszem zarówno lodów, jak i różnych deserów z lodami w roli głównej.:)
