Aferzystka - oszukana zupa ogórkowa

Ingredients:

0,6 kg wołowiny na zupę (łata, szponder)
włoszczyzna bez kapusty,
4 ziemniaki,
3 ząbki czosnku,
pęczek koperku,
śmietana 22%,
sok z połowki cytryny,
4 ziemniaki
sól, pieprz, ew. Vegeta lub podobna przyprawa

Prepare instructions:

Mięso i włoszczyznę zalać zimną wodą, tak aby jej poziom był na 2 palce nad mięsem. Wsypać 1,5 łyżeczki soli lub 2 łyżeczki Vegety. Szybko zagotować, zmniejszyć ogień i gotować do miękkości mięsa. Uzupełniać wodą wygotowany wywar utrzymując mniej więcej jego stały poziom. Wyjąć mięso i warzywa. Jedną ugotowaną marchewkę pokroić w kostkę i wrzucić do wywaru. Do wrzącej zupy wrzucić ziemniaki pokrojone w kostkę i zmiażdżone ząbki czosnku. Gotować do miękkości ziemniaków. Wlać sok z cytryny. Zmieszać śmietanę z niewielką ilością zupy, wlać do garnka, zagotować, na koniec wsypać posiekany koperek Doprawić solą i pieprzem, ewentualnie można wsypać pół łyżeczki cukru.

Autora tego przepisu już nie zapytasz,niestety. Uretan nie żyje (*).

Ogórkowa bez ogórków? Dziwne, ja jak wiem, że zupa jest np. ogórkowa - to ogórki mają tam być. Ale przepis bardzo ciekawy.
