Ingredients:

15 dag chudego twarogu
8 dag cukru
6 łyżek mleka
6 łyżek oleju
szczypta soli
30 dag mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
sok i skórka z cytryny
cukier puder i płatki migdałowe do lukru

Prepare instructions:

..przepis znalazłam z wykopanej z szafki gazetki :)

przygotować ciasto: twaróg utrzeć na jednolitą masę zcukrem, solą mlekiem, olejem i skórką startą z cytryny dodać mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia, wyrobić i zagnieść ciasto. rozwałkować do grubości 2cm, wyciąć kółka a pośrodku każdego mniejszą dziurkę. w rondlu mocno rozgrzać tłuszcz, ostrożnie wkładać ciastka, smażyć na złoty kolor. donaty udekorować lukrm z cukru pudru z sokiem cytrynowym, posypać płatkami migdałowymi.

z tej proporcji wychodzi tylko kilka sztuk, więc proponuję podwoić składniki :)
