aromatyczny sos z suszonych grzybów

Very easy

Ingredients:

* 30 dag suszonych grzybów
* cebula
* 0,5 szklanki kremówki
* łyżka masła
* łyżka mąki
* pół pęczka natki pietruszki
* sół, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

* suszone grzyby zalać 0,5 litra wody, odstawić na 2 godziny do namoczenia, nastepnie ugotować do miękkości
* osączyć z wywaru, pokroić w paski, wywar zachować
* cebulę posiekać drobno, zeszklić na maśle
* do cebuli wlać wywar z grzybów i zagotować
* dodać pokrojone grzyby i mieszając podgrzewać na wolnym ogniu ok. 5 minut
* śmietanę wymieszać z mąką , wlać do sosu, wymieszać i zagotować; zdjąć zognia

* sos doprawić solą i pieprzem, udekorować posiekaną natka pietruszki

ja jeszcze nigdy nie dodawałam kostki, ale moze warto spróbować :) nastepnym razem tak właśnie zrobię :)

Robie taki sosik i jest naprawdę super. Dodaję jeszcze ziele angielskie i liść laurowy.

czy na pewno suszonych grzybów ma być 30 dag? czy 3 dag?

Jestem weganinem więc przerobiłem go na wegańsko ;) Zamiast masła oliwa z oliwek, zamiast kremówki - śmietana ryzowa własnej roboty.
