Ingredients:

140g cukru jasnego muscovado - dalam ciemny;

3 lyzki zlotego syropu (golden syrup);

140g masla;

250g platkow owsianych;

85g rodzynek lub sultanek;

85g orzechow wloskich w kawalkach (lub ulubionych orzechow, pokrojonych);

50g sezamu, lub mieszanych nasion - dalam slonecznik/dynie;

25g suszonej zurawiny - dalam 85g;

50g suszonych moreli, pokrojonych na male kawalki - nie dalam;

Prepare instructions:

Rozgrzej piekarnik do 160stC. Delikatnie podgrzej w garnku cukier, golden syrup i maslo, az cukier i maslo sie rozpuszcza. Wmieszaj platki owsiane, rodzynki, orzechy, nasiona i zurawine. Dobrze zamieszaj, az calosc bedzie pokryta maslem.
Wyloz polowe mieszanki na blaszke (okolo 23/23cm). Posyp pokrojonymi morelami i wyloz druga polowe 'owsianki'. Ja te czesc opuscilam, bo nie uzywalam moreli - calosc wylozylam na raz na blaszke. Dobrze ubij mieszanke i wygladz wierzch metalowa lyzka. Piecz okolo 35min, az do ciemno-zlotego koloru. Zostaw do calkowitego ostudzenia przed pokrojeniem na 16 batonikow - ostry noz baaaardzo pomocny.
