Biszkopt z kremem kawowym

Ingredients:

Upiec jasny biszkopt w tortownicy.
4 łyżeczki żelatyny,
3 żółtka,
2 szklanki mleka,
1 szklanka cukru,
filiżanka mocnej kawy,
mały kieliszek koniaku,
400 g bitej śmietany.
- śmietanę można też ubić samamemu z 300 g 30% słodkiej śmietanki z 1 łyżeczką cukru

polewa:

1 łyżeczka żelatyny,
filiżanka mocnej słodkiej gorącej kawy,
1/2 tbliczki czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Obie porcje żelatyny namoczyć (osobno) w zimnej wodzie.
Mleko zagotować.
Do żółtek wsypać cukier, utrzeć, wlać gorące mleko i kawę, wymieszać, przelać do rondla.
Podgrzewać, nie dopuszczając do zagotowania. Rondel zestawić z ognia, dodać większą (4 łyżeczki) porcję żelatyny, dobrze wymieszać, wlać koniak.
Krem wystudzić, dodać bitą śmietanę, lub własnoręcznie ubitą śmietanę, wymieszać, wstawić do lodówki.
Gdy zacznie zastygać, wyłożyć go na biszkopt i ponownie wstawić do lodówki na 5 godzin.

Do gorącej kawy dodać drugą porcje żelatyny. Gdy się całkiem rozpuści, polać biszkopt z kremem, wstawić do lodówki.
Ozdobić wiórkami czekolady.
