Botwinka wyśmienita na upały

Ingredients:

6 - 7 szklanek wody
pęczek botwinki
nieduża pietruszka
nieduża marchewka
sok ze średniej cytryny
2 łyżki cukru
łyżka masła
sól do smaku

Na zaprawkę: 1/2 szkl. śmietanki
płaska łyżka mąki

Prepare instructions:

Oskrobaną marchewkę i pietruszkę umyć i przekroić na 2 mniejsze kawałki, włożyć do garnka z lekko osoloną wodą i gotować 10 - 15 min.
Obrać buraczki (chyba, że są maleńkie, wtedy nie trzeba), pokroić drobno razem z listkami, a następnie włożyć do wywaru.
Gotować do miękkości (ok. 15 - 30 min.)
Dodac potem sok z cytryny, oraz cukier.
Przygotować na końcu zaprawkę, dokładnie rozbijając składniki ze sobą. Rozcieńczyć ją kilkoma łyżkami botwinki, rozbić łyżką i dopiero wlać do garnka mieszając.

Podawać botwinkę ochłodzoną, ale nie za zimną, z ugotowanymi na twardo, pokrojonymi jajkami, lub ziemniakami okraszonymi masłem i posypanymi koperkiem.

SMACZNEGO!

To jest wersja botwinkowa dla moich dzieci: z makaronem i na ciepło - innej nie zjedzą ;)
