Very easy

Ingredients:

ja robie zwykle dla dwoch osob:
- ok 200g spagetti
- ok 2 łyżek oliwy
- boczek hmm kawalek, ja czesto kupuje bekon w plastrach to daje takich 6 plastrow
- 2 żółtka
- ok 35-40 g parmezanu
- ok 4 łyżki śmietany (moim zdaniem nie koniecznie 30 badz 36 :P czasem daje nawet 18% :P)
- sól i pieprz
- zielona pietruszka koniecznie !!! oczywiscie swieza poszatkowana !!

Prepare instructions:

1 na oliwie zaczynam podsmazac bekon lub boczek
2 do wrzacej osolonej wody wrzucam makaron i wlewam lyzke oliwy
3 w miseczce mieszam żółtka śmietanę i parmezan - dokładnie
4 gdy podsmazy mi sie boczek wrzucam do niego dopiero co zdjety i odlany makaron i mieszam od razu po wymieszaniu dorzucam mix zoltek smietany i sera - mieszam chwile zeby sie jajka troche sciely ale dosc energicznie trzeba mieszac :)
na koniec doprawiam sola piueprzem i pietruszka i mieszam
5 spagetti laduje na talerzach :D

ostatnio daje cale jajka bialka tez i nie widze roznicy w smaku ... takze mysle ze z powodzeniem mozna nie wyrzucac bialek ....
