4 bułki (świetnie nadają się ciabatty lub poznańskie, byleby nie były to dmuchane gotowce do hamburgerów)
4 panierowane filety z kurczaka
8 plasterków boczku
mała kapusta pekińska
4 plastry pomidora
ogórek zielony
4 plastry sera topionego cheddar
czerwona cebula
sos czosnkowo-cytrynowy
ketchup

Prepare instructions:

Pyszne domowe chicken burgery, polecam :)

Smażymy kotlety z kurczaka.

Boczek podsmażamy na suchej patelni.

Na bułkach układamy posiekaną kapustę pekińską, plasterki ogórka i cebuli.

Na to układamy kurczaka i ser a na górę boczek.

Polewamy sosem i ketchupem.

Podajemy z frytkami.

Czasami potrzebna jest Mienta, żeby przypomnieć człowiekowi proste rzeczy

Chickenburgery pyszne, proste i sycące. Dwóch dużych facetów dotarło do końca, ja i mniejszy facet, nie - zostało nam na kolację.

Przepyszne, zjadłabym 10 takich ale chyba nie wypada :-) Bułki dodatkowo podpiekłam w tosterze więc były cieplutkie i chrupiące. Polecam!
