Chili con carne - pyszności

Ingredients:

Składniki dla 4 osób:

75 dag wołowiny,
25 dag pomidorów - ja używam pomidorów z puszki,
1-2 papryki,
1 cebula,
czosnek - tu wedle uznania bo ja daje bardzo dużo,
papryczka chili - jak ktoś lubi na bardzo ostro,
przyprawy - można kupić gotową przyprawe do chili con carne,
puszka czerwonej fasoli,
olej

Prepare instructions:

Przyrządzanie:

cebule i czosnek obrać i posiekać,
mięso opłukać, pokroić w drobną kostkę i podsmażyć na patelni,
dodać cebulę, czosnek i dusić na małym ogniu aż cebula się zeszkli,
przełożyć wszystko do rondla
papryke oczyścić, pokroić w paseczki i wymieszać z mięsem,
wrzucić papryczke chili,
dodać nieco ciepłej wody i dusić pod przykryciem 1,5 h na małym ogniu,
nstepnie wkroić do rondla odsączone pomidory z puszki i dusić jeszcze 15 minut, na koniec dodac fasolę z puszki,
przyprawić wedle uznania.

Podawać z ryżem lub pieczywem

Dlaczego nikt nie dodaje do tego przepisu kapusty pekińskiej?Ta potrawa jest wtedy smaczniejsza..
