Chińszczyzna leniwiec 1 garnkowy

Very easy

Ingredients:

zupki "chińskie" ale także nasz rosół, żurek itp sztuk na ile jesteśmy głodni (mi z reguły 2 wystarczą)
woda tyle ile chcą zupki + trochę na odparowanie
1 cebula - u mnie duża
1 główka czosnku - lubię czosnek
przyprawy z zupki + takie jakie kto lubi i pasują do zupek
Jeśli wyjdzie za ostra to łyżka/dwie śmietany.
Jeśli smaki nie harmonizują szczypta cukru. SZCZYPTA nie
łyżka. To nie ma być słodkie :-)

Prepare instructions:

Pokroić cebulę w piórka lub inaczej (i tak się rozgotuje)
Do garnka wlać wodę i wsypać cebulę i na gaz raczej średni.
Od chwili zagotowania gotować 10 minut.
W międzyczasie posiekać czosnek (najpierw obarć) i przygotować
przyprawy. Po 8 minutach gotowania cebuli wsypać do niej czosnek
i przyprawy. Po 2 minutach wyłaczyć gaz a do garnka wrzucić pokruszony makaron z zupki.
Przykryć i poczekać 3 minuty.
Jeśli robi się tylko dla siebie można jeść z gara. Jeśli wyszło za ostre można dodać śmietany.

PS. I niech ktoś powie, że zupki chińskie nie są zdrowe :-)

Może są niezdrowe...ale sa pyszne :D ja jestem od nich uzależniona :D i na pewno wypróbuje twój przepis i dam znać czy smakowało...:P

Zrobilam wersję ze śmietaną. Rozgrzewająca zupka - palce lizac:) A ta ilość czosnku idealna na zimową porę, żeby nie złapać przeziębienia.Dziękuję za przepis.
