Niewiarygodnie łatwa i szybka zupa krem

Ingredients:

5-6 średniej wielkości ziemniaków
2 średnie marchewki
2 średnie cebule
garść suszonych warzyw (niekoniecznie)
2-3 kostki rosołowe (ewentualnie wegeta lub maggi)
2-3 łyżki creme fraiche bądź kwaśnej śmietany
sól, pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać, pokroić w kostkę bądź w większe kawałki, to samo zrobic z marchwią i cebulą. dodać suszone warzywa, kostki rosołowe

wszystko zalać wrzątkiem (żeby było szybciej). gotujemy aż ziemniaki i marchew będą miękkie i miksujemy do uzyskania kremowej konsystencji (jeśli dla kogoś jest zbyt gęste - można dolać wody, jeśli zbyt rzadkie - mąki).

Dodajemy 2-3 łyzki creme fraiche (w przeciwieństwie do śmietany można dodać bezpośrednio do zupy bo się nie zetnie) i doprawiamy do smaku.

Później tylko zajadamy się do woli :)

Jak na czas przygotowanie i składniki jest to całkiem przyzwoita zupa a przede wszsytkim smaczna i tania.

Pyszna zupka, można podac z grzaneczkami lub groszkiem.
osobiście dodaje wiecej marchewki niż ziemniaków, ale dobór składników w tej zupce jest dowolny, zależy od smaku kucharza.
Odrobina oregano bardzo tu pasuje.

Super zupka, szybko się ją robi i można dodawać różne warzywa aby zmieniać smak wersji "podstawowej"... Gorąco polecam!

...zupka pycha!!! dla urozmaicenia dodaje czasem kalafior :) a o smietanie niestety moge pomazyc ale z jogurtem też jest pycha:)

Wczoraj zrobiłam. Niebo w gębie. Zupa prosta i syta. Mąż-maruda też był zachwycony :) POLECAM przepis :)
