Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki żytniej

3 szklanki mąki pszennej

2 szklanka otrąb {lub śruty }

po 6 łyżek ;

łuskanego słonecznika ,siemienia lnianego,

po 3 łyżki ;

sezamu ,pestek dyni

750 ml ciepłej wody{ lub po połowie mleka i wody oczywiście lekko ciepłych}

8 dag drożdzy

1 łyżka soli

1 łyżka cukru

Prepare instructions:

Drożdze rozkruszyć w połowie szklanki ciepłego płynu {wody mleka} i cukru.

Reszte sypkich składników mieszam drewnianą łyżką ,dodaję drożdze i resztę płynu

dokładnie mieszam .Ustawiam w ciepłym miejscu {można na pojemniku z ciepłą wodą }na około 30 minut by wyrosło .Włączam piekarnik nastawiam na 180stopni/

Keksówki wykładam papierem do pieczenia .Wlewam wyrośnięte ciasto ,górę smaruje łyżka maczaną w zimnej wodzie.

Piękę 60 minut.Wkładam z keksówek na deskę do krojenia skrapiam wodą ,przykrywam folią aluminiową i śiereczką bawełnianą .Między chleby wkładam pojemniczek z wodą .Pozostawiam do wystygnięcia.Dzięki temu chleb ma miękką skórkę.

Fajnie, że pojawia się moda na pieczenie chlebów w domu :) Też zaczynałam od przepisów na drożdżach - świetna odmiana od sklepowych wypieków. A jaka satysfakcja, że własnoręcznie zrobiło się chleb!
