Chlebuś pszenny na zakwasie ze śliwkami

Ingredients:

Ciasto zakwaszane:
100 g zakwasu żytniego bezdrożdżowego przepis na zakwas http://wielkiezarcie.com/artykul.php?id=496
100 g mąki pszennej pełnoziarnistej
100 g letniej wody

Ciasto:
450 g mąki pszennej
150 g mąki pszennej pełnoziarnistej
150 ml kefiru
150 ml mleka
2 łyżki oleju
2 łyżeczki soli
100g suszonych śliwek kalifornijskich
2 łyżki miodu
łyżka maku

Prepare instructions:

Jest to modyfikacja chlebka pszennego ekkore ale ponieważ sporo w przepisie zmieniłam to postanowiłam podzielić się moimi pomysłami.

Wymieszać składniki ciasta zakwaszanego. Zostawić na 24 godziny w miejscu ciepłym, suchym i bez przeciągów.
Po tym czasie dodać pozostałe składniki oprócz śliwek. Wyrabiać ciasto przez jakieś 10 minut. Zostawić do wyrośnięcia na 5 godzin. Po tym czasie ponownie wyrobić tym razem już dodając śliwki. Przełożyć do foremki wyłozonej papierem do pieczenia. Zostawić do wyrośnięcia na 1 godzinę. Następnie posmarowć rozmąconym białkiem, wymieszanym z odrobiną zimnej wody. Posypać łyżka maku.

Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku w temp. 180 C^o przez 45-50 minut.
Po wyjęciu chleba z piekarnika od razu wyjąć go z foremki by nie rozmiękł.

Dzisiaj rano upiekłam ten chlebuś. Jest przepyszny ! Zapewne na stałe wpisze się w menu mojej kuchni :-)
