Ingredients:

3/4 kostki masła lub margaryny
1,5 szklanki mąki
10-12g drożdży (świeżych)
1 łyżeczka śmietany kwaśnej
1 żółtko do posmarowania wierzchu
cukier lub cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Miękkie masło, mąkę, drożdże i śmietanę utrzeć spiralkami miksera.
Szybko zagnieść i wstawić do lodówki na ok. 1/2 godziny.
Następnie ciasto rozwałkować (ok. 0,5 cm) i wycinać ciastka.
Najpierw krążki o wym ok. 6 cm i mniejsze w środku ok. 2-3 cm.
Ciastka posmarować rozmącąnym żółtkiem (można dodać odrobinę wody lub mleka)
Posypać obficie cukrem lub cukrem waniliowym.
Piec w 180 stopniach ok. 13-15 minut.

Z tej ilości wychodzi ok. 25 sztuk.

Ciasteczka są super! Dla mnie idealne bo uwielbiam wszystkie wypieki z drożdżami a nie lubię smaku sody czy proszku do pieczenia. Są naprawdę rewelacyjne. Aha- tym razem zrobiłam z masłem więc były jeszcze lepsze niż z margaryną.

Ciastka przepyszne, całą rodzinka się zajada i chwali. Na pewno jeszcze nie jeden raz je zrobię. Pozdrawiam
