Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
4 jaja
100g cukru
100g maki
2 łyżki gorącej wody
cukier waniliowy

Pianka:
1 galaretka rozrobiona w szklance wody
250 ml śmietany kremówki

2 banany

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie biszkoptu:

Oddzielić żółtka od białek. Żółtka rozbełtać razem z dwoma łyżkami gorącej wody. Dodać połowę cukru cukier waniliowy i ubić na puszysty kogiel mogiel. W osobnym naczyniu ubić na sztywno białka pod koniec dodając drugą połowę cukru. Na żółtka wyłożyć ubitą pianę na to wszystko - jeszcze bez mieszania - wysypać przesianą mąkę. Teraz wszystko bardzo delikatnie wymieszać. Wylać do tortownicy. Ja piekę ten biszkopt w temperaturze ok 170 stopni około 30 lub 35 minut. Po przestudzeniu nasączam go sokiem lub herbatą. Przekroić biszkopt na dwa placki.

Pianka:

Gdy galareka będzie lekko tężeć wlać ją powoli do ubitej kremówki i na kilka minut wstawić do lodówki.

Przełożenie ciasta:

biszkopt + banany pokrojone w kawałki + pianka + biszkopt + glazura

Mozesz anpisac jak zrobic ta glazure, poniewaz przepis jest nieudostepniony?

oh nie wiedziałam... nie pamiętam niestety dokładnych proporcji, jednak wiem że dżem podgrzewało sie z odrobina wody i tym polewało ciasto. ona jest taka klejaca. ale pysznie ozdabia ciasto:)
