Ingredients:

Upiec biszkopt na spod wg sprawdzonego przepisu.

Masa truskawkowa:

0,5 kg truskawek

4 łyzki cukru

2 galaretki truskawkowe

Masa jogurtowa:

1l jogurtu naturalnego

6 łyżek cukru pudru

6 łyżeczek żelatyny

1 Śnieżka

Ponadto:

2 galaretki truskawkowe i truskawki na wierzch

Prepare instructions:

Upiec jasny biszkopt. Ostudzić.

Trukawki z cukrem zmiksować blenderem, zagotować, a nastepnie dodać do nich 2 suche galaretki, wymieszać, ostudzić. Tężejącą masę truskawkową wylać na biszkopt.

Jogurt wymieszać z cukrem pudrem, dodać rozpuszczoną i przestudzona żelatynę, gdy masa zacznie tężeć dodać ubitą 1 Śnieżkę wg opakowania. Wylać na masę truskawkową.

Umyte truskawki wyłożyć na masę jogurtową i zalać tężejącymi 2 galaretkami.
