Ingredients:

Składniki:

1-2 paczki krakersów (np. Lajkonika)
3-4 paczki herbatników (np. Petitki)
pół tabliczki gorzkiej czekolady

Składniki ba budyń:

1/2 l mleka
1 szklanki. mąki krupczatki
2 żółtka
1 kostki masła
cukier waniliowy

Masa toffi:

1 puszka mleka słodzonego skondensowanego (można spotkać gotową masę toffi – polecam)

Masa śmietankowa:

śmietanka kremówka 36%
2 śmietanfixy

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:
Gotujemy masę budyniową na małym ogniu z podanych składników aż powstanie masa budyniowa uważając, aby się nie przypaliła. Kiedy będzie już gotowa należy ją lekko przestudzić. Następnie musimy przygotować masę toffi, gotując 2,5 godziny puszkę mleka skondensowanego pod przykryciem, w pełni zanurzoną w wodzie. Następnie należy ją przestudzić. Polecam poszukać w sklepach gotowej masy toffi, uprości życie pani domu ;)

Śmietanę ubić ze śmietanfixem i wyłożyć na krakersy. Posypać wiórkami czekoladowymi

Kolejność układania:
Na blaszce o wymiarach 20×35 cm układamy kolejno herbatniki, następnie masę budyniową. Potem krakersy, a na nich masę Toffi. Następnie kolejna warstwa krakersów, którą przykrywamy bitą śmietaną, a całość posypujemy starta gorzką czekoladą.

Czy margarynę do masy budyniowej dodajemy do gorącego budyniu ,czy ucieramy ją z zimnym budyniem?

Dziękuję za odpowiedż. Moja blaszka jest dosyć duża, więc też dam 0,5 litra.
