Ingredients:

5 jaj
szklanka cukru
2 szklanki mąki
0,75 szkalnki oleju
6 jabłek
1 łyżeczka sody
trzy łyżeczki cynamonu
pół łyżeczki proszku ( oprócz sody)
szklanka rodzynek
szklanka orzechów włoskich

Prepare instructions:

1.jabłka obrać i pokroić w ćwiartki.ćwiartki natomiast pokroić w dośc grube plastry

2.jaja zmiksować z cukrem

3.dodać olej i zmiksować

4.dodać dwie szklanki mąki , sodę, cynamon i proszek do pieczenia.zmiksować.wyjdzie troche gęsta masa

5.do masy wsypać orzechy , rodzynki i jabłka. masa powinna porządnie oblepić składniki . po zmieszaniu nie powinno być dużo samej masy.wychodzi to gęste,praktycznie same jabłka, orzechy i rodzynki obtoczone w masie.to wyłozyc na blachę i piec około godziny.w piecykach elektrycznych około 50 min.trzeba zerkać by ciasto sie nie przypaliło.

Pyszne ciasto! Wydawało mi się że jest za dużo jabłek bo praktycznie to były jabłka i bakalie oblepione cienką warstwą ciasta po wymieszaniu, ale wszystko pięknie wyrosło i było smacznie!:) POLECAM!
