Cytrynowa babka do czarnej herbaty

Ingredients:

1,5 szkl. mąki ziemniaczanej
0,5 szkl. maki pszennej
4 jaja
1 masło roślinne
1 szklanka cukru
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 spora cytryna
1/3 szklanki cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

Masło rozpuszczamy w rondelku i studzimy. Skórkę ocieramy a sok wyciskamy z całej cytryny.
Mąki, jaja, cukier, proszek do pieczenia, skórkę cytrynową i połowę soku mieszamy. Następnie wlewamy tłuszcz i dokładnie wyrabiamy łyżką. Formę do baby smarujemy tłuszczem i wysypujemy bułką następnie przelewamy do niej ciasto. Babę pieczemy w 190 stopniach 45 minut.
PO tym czasie wyjmujemy babkę z formy i jeszcze gorącą polewamy lukrem (z cukru pudru wymieszanego z reszta soku z cytryny).

Babka najlepsza jest z esencjonalą czarną herbatą :)
A to zostaje z babki po 3 godzinach od upieczenia kiedy dosiądzie sie do niej mój husband :)

czesc arabis... mam pytanko - skladniki na ta babke mieszamy lycha czy mozna zmiksowac??? dzieki.

Witam :) ja przeważnie posługuję się przy mieszaniu łyzką ale myślę, że mikser tutaj nie zawadzi :) spokojnie mieszaj mikserem :) pozdrawiam i mokrego dyngusa.
