Ingredients:

Przepis na dwie duże porcje albo kilka mniejszych

400 ml jogurtu greckiego (można użyć naturalnego)
2 łyżki mleka 3,2% (można użyć słodkiej śmietanki)
1 łyżeczka cukru kryształu
1 łyżeczka cukru waniliowego
½ łyżeczki cynamonu
1 duża łyżka płynnego miodu (najlepiej naturalnego)
sok z połówki cytryny
1-3 mandarynek (1 mandarynka na 1 porcję jest w sam raz)

*1 łyżka ok 20 g
** 1 łyżeczka to ok 5 g

Prepare instructions:

Jogurt grecki łączymy z mlekiem, cukrami, cynamonem, miodem, sokiem z cytryny. Dokładnie mieszamy aż wszystko się połączy i masa będzie puszysta (można użyć miksera). Do naczynia nakładamy połowę porcji masy, dajemy obrane mandarynki i zalewamy resztą masy, można wierzch posypać kakao. Odstawiamy do lodówki na godzinę lub nieco dłużej. Można deser podać bez mandarynek, a za to z rurkami waflowymi czy kruchymi ciasteczkami. Smacznego.
