Deser mleczno-ryżowy

Ingredients:

- 1 szklanka ryżu
- 6 szklanek mleka
- 1/2 szklanki cukru
- 4 łyżeczki rodzynek
- 4 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego
- 1 łyżka margaryny
- 3 łyżeczki śmietanki

Prepare instructions:

Wypłukać dokładnie ryż i pozostawić w wodzie na ok. godzinkę.
Do sporego garnka wlać 2 szklanki mleka, odcedzić ryż i wsypać do mleka. gotować na małym ogniu około 15 minut.
Po 5 minutach gotowania dodać łyżkę margaryny (ryż się wtedy nie sklei).
Zdjąć garnek z ognia i dodać 4 szklanki zagotowanego mleka. ponownie pozostawić na małym ogniu i zapodać pozostałe składniki (cukier, waniię, rodzynki i śmietankę). Gotować przez następne 8 minut. Masa musi się zrobić gęsta.

Poczekać trochę aż wystygnie i można jeść. Deser jest jeszcze lepszy jak się go poleje sosem np. czekoladowym.

Zrobiłam, strasznie dużo tego wyszło!!!!! Na dwoje , na mnie i męża to nie do zjedzenia:) Ale smaczne, choć troszkę "mulące". Ja polałam to lukrem, bo nie miałam sosu żadnego i tez było smaczne:) W małych ilościach to naprawdę pyszny deserek!! Polecam:)

Ja tą potrawę robię dość często ale kupuję specjalny ryż, nazywa się milchreis i nie wiem czy jest do kupienia w Polsce. Natomiast podaję to danie z sosem wiśniowym lub musem jablkowym jako glówne danie obiadowe, taki slodki obiadzik. Polecam naprawde dobre.
