Ingredients:

Składniki

1 serek wiejski light

1 jajko

1/2 łyżeczki musztardy

pieprz,odrobina soli

Prepare instructions:

Majonez jest naprawdę pyszny, może służyć jako dodatek do sałatek,

kanapek czy jajek.

Wykonanie

Serek wiejski zmiksować blenderem na gładką masę,dodać jajko ugotowane na twardo

(musi być bardzo gorące i oczywiście obrane) i zblenderować razem z serkiem.

Dodać musztardę,sól i pieprz wg smaku.

Dokładnie wymieszać.

Majonez można odrazu podawać,jest bardzo gęsty i pyszny.

zwykły tradycyjny serek wiejski. jeżeli będzie się różnił 20 gramami nic sie nie stanie.

ps.jak byłam naa diecie dukana ten majonez był dla mnie wiele razy wybawieniem w przygotowaniu sałatek,smakował mi bardzo :)
