Dżem dyniowo-śliwkowy

Ingredients:

1,5 kg śliwek (ja miałam węgierki)

ok. 1 kg dyni

cukier do smaku (ja dałam ok. 0,5 szkl.)

goździki 15 szt.

skórka starta z cytryny

sok z cytryny lub kwasek cytrynowy do smaku

1 łyżeczka cynamonu

żel-fix lub konfiturka

Prepare instructions:

Zainspirowana dżemem dyniowo-jabłkowym, z przepisu izeczki, spróbowałam wersji ze śliwkami i wyszło super.

Śliwki pokroić, dynię obrać i pokroić w kostkę. zalać 1 szkl. wody, dodać goździki, skórkę z cytryny, gotować razem do chwili gdy składniki zaczną się rozpadać i utworzą dżemową konsystencję. Wtedy dodać cynamon, sok lub kwasek cytrynowy i cukier. Chwilę pogotować. Dodać środek żelujący i nakładać do słoików. Goździki można wyłowić lub zostawić kilka dla smaku - wg uznania.

Muszę podkreślić, iż ilość cukru w moim przepisie jest dość niewielka, gdyż ja lubię dżemy niskosłodzone. Dlatego napisałam, iż należy słodzić do smaku.

Dżem jest naprawdę pyszny, wspaniały i troszkę odmienny od zwykłych dżemów. Polecam:)

Okazało sie, że jedna partia tego dżemu to zbyt mało... Powstała już druga i grozi nam trzecia bo przy zapędach całej rodziny słoiki nie wytrzymają nawet do grudnia :) Pyszności!!!!!!!! Jedyna zmiana z mojej strony to za drugim razem pogotowałam najpierw samą dynię, żeby sie trochę rozpadła i potem śliwki. Gorąco polecam na dyniowe szaleństwa!
