fajna sałatka z filetów z kurczaka

Ingredients:

5 filetów z kurczaka pojedyńczych
2 cebule
5 ogórków konserwowych
kapusta pekińska
vegeta
przyprawa kebab-gyros
Duża puszka kukurydzy
duży majonez
keczup pikantny
czosnek

Prepare instructions:

Kurczaka pokroić na małe paski lub kostkę, obtoczyć w przyprawie kebab-gyros firmy Prymat-najlepsza, całe opakowanie (ponieważ ciężko ją dostać jakakolwiek przyprawa do kebaba), usmażyć najlepiej dzień przed . Kurczak musi być zimny. Do majonezu dodać keczup + 2 ząbki czosnku starte, keczup jak kto lubi. Cebulę i ogórki konserwowe pokroić w malutkie, naprawdę malutkie kosteczki( nie mieszać razem). Kapustę pekińską posiekać drobno i przypruszyć vegetą.

Warstwy sałatki:
1. 1/2 porcji zimnego wczesniej usmażonego kurczaka
2.cebula
3.kukurydza
4. 1/2 sosu majonezowego tylko wyłożyć na te warstwy - nie mieszać
5. Ogórki konserwowe
6.pozostały sos majonezowy
7. pozostały kurczak
8. kapusta pekińska

Najlepiej to robić w podłużnym naczyniu żaroodpornym. Sałatka pyszna, troszkę peracochłonna. Wszyscy ją zajadaja na różnych imprezach, znika pierwsza ze stołu ;). Życzę smacznego

Znam tą sałatkę i bardzo często jest na ..moim stole w domu. Mój mąż uwielbia ją .Pozdrawiam.

Sałatka przepyszna, ja dodaję jednak jedną cebulę, ma wtedy mniej "ostry" smak.

Zamiast kapusty pekinskiej, polecam dodac kapuste czerwona ze sloika :) Smak rewelacyjny:)
