Składniki (dla 3-4 osób):

1 puszka czerwonej fasoli
1 puszka białej fasoli
2 puszki rozdrobnionych pomidorów
2 białe kiełbasy
1 kiełbasa myśliwska
1 łyżka masła
1 duża biała cebula
4 ząbki czosnku
1 czerwona papryka
2 łyżki słodkiej papryki
1 łyżeczka chili
2 łyżeczki oregano
sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Kiełbaski pokrój w kostkę i podsmaż na łyżce masła. Cebulę pokrój w kostkę i dodaj do kiełbasy. Kiełbaski powinny być dobrze wysmażone. Paprykę pokrój w kostkę i dodaj do cebuli i kiełbasek, smaż tak długo aż papryka będzie miękka. Do dużego garnka wlej pomidory, dodaj rozdrobniony czosnek i odsączoną z zalewy fasolę. Dopraw do smaku solą i pieprzem. Całość doprowadź do wrzenia i gotuj chwilę na wolnym ogniu. Dodaj przyprawy - chili, oregano i paprykę. Dokładnie wymieszaj. Dorzuć kiełbaski, fasolę i paprykę. Gotuj na wolnym ogniu przez 10 minut. Podawaj z pieczywem. Smacznego!

Przepis ciekawy , tylko dlaczego nazywa sie ,,po meksykańsku" jak w Meksyku nie ma białej ani mysliwskiej kiełbasy.
