1 szklanka oleju
1 maly przecier pomidorowy
pieprz
sol
szczypta cukru

2 pory pokroic na drobno
1 sloiczek seleru potartego w zalewie
5 szt ogorkow konserwowych (pokrojone w lastry lub na cwiartki)

Prepare instructions:

Rybe zagotowac w skladnikach podanych okolo 10 minut ,ostudzic i pokroic na mniejsze kawalki.
ulozyc na wysokiej plycie.

Na rybe wylozyc pore,ogorki i odsaczony z wody seler z sloika ,zalac sosem

Z musztardy,majonezu,oleju,przecieru pomidorowego i przyprawy zamieszc sos, Nie ma byc za gesty , jak co dodac mleka lub smietany wszystko ma miec temperature pokojowa Jak by sie nie polaczylo pomalu dodawac cieple mleko i mieszac.
