Francuska zapiekanka

Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków (ilość zależna od liczby osób lub wielkości naczynia ) 1 op. śmietany ok.0,5 l ( zawartość tłuszczu według uznania ) czosnek ( ja daję max. 1 główkę ) mleko ok.0,5 l ( zawartość tłuszczu według uznania ) przyprawy: vegeta, pieprz ziołowy, papryka ser żółty ( do posypania)

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki pokroić w talarki i przełozyć do misy - posypać vegetą i pozostałymi przyprawami oraz częścią wyciśniętego czosnku, wymieszać.Wlać mleko do garnka, dodać vegetę i przyprawy oraz pozostałą część wyciśniętego czosnku. Przełożyć do mleka ziemniaki z misy i zagotować. W chwili gdy mleko zacznie się gotować dolać do niego śmietanę i pozostawić na ogniu jeszcze 3 minutki. Przelać wszystko do naczynia żaroodpornego tak aby ziemniaki pływały w mleku... Piec w temp.od 150 do 180 stopni około 1 godziny ( jeżeli ziemniaki będą wcześniej miękkie to wyjąć). Gdyby podczas pieczenia ziemniaki kipiały to należy na pewien czas zdjąć pokrywkę z naczynia. Po upieczeniu posypać wszystko tarym żółtym serem. Smacznego!!!

Chętnie wypróbuję...Mam tylko jedno pytanie: śmietana to gęsta - kwaśna, czy słodka (taka jak do zupy)???

Witaj ekinga Ja zwykle używam do tego przepisu takiej tradycyjnej śmietany w woreczku ale w sumie to nie ma znaczenia jaka ta smietana będzie więc wybór należy do Ciebie. Tą potrawę można albo pokochać albo znienawidzić - kwestia gustu. Polecam jednak przynajmniej spróbować. Pozdrawiam.
