Gęś po wiejsku z kapustę

Ingredients:

1 młoda gęś (3-4 kg)
150 g wędzonego boczku
100 g bekonu lub kiełbasy
1 łyżka majeranku
po 10 ziaren ziela angielskiego i jałowca
2 listki laurowe
sól, pieprz, ostra papryka
500 g kiszonej kapusty
1 cebula
3 łyżki oleju

Prepare instructions:

Gęś umyć, osuszyć, odkroić szyję i skrzydła. Połowę ziaren zmiażdżyć. Tuszkę w środku i na zewnętrz natrzeć solą, pieprzem, roztartymi ziarnami, majerankiem, odstawić na co najmniej 2godz. Boczek i bekon pokroić w plastry. Kapustę posiekać. Cebula obrać, pokroić w kostka, dodać całe ziarna jałowca i ziela, listek. 2 łyżki oleju rozgrzać w brytfannie, obrumienić gęś, wstawić do piekarnika, piec 1 godz. polewając sosem z pieczenia. Boczek i bekon lekko zrumienić na patelni, wyjąć. Resztę oleju rozgrzać, krótko przesmażyć kapustę i cebulę. Boczek z bekonem i kapustę z cebulą włożyć do brytfanny z gęsią, piec jeszcze 20 min.

Podobno kaczka jest jeszcze bardziej tlusta od gesi ???!

przecież codziennie tego nie jecie a odrobina przyjemniści to chyba co jakiś czas sie należy i tak do piacu i tak pozdrawiam więcej optymizmu
