Ingredients:

3 jajka,
2 łyżki cukru,
400 ml. mąki,
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
1/2 łyżeczki soli,
500 ml. mleka,
4 łyżki rozpuszczonej margaryny.

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszaj wszystko oprócz margaryny. Zostaw na pół godziny. Dodaj margarynę i...Gotowe!

Najlepiej podawać z bitą śmietaną i owocami.

Co to znaczy i "Gotowe ! " ???? Nie smazysz ich w gofrownicy? Podajesz maziuge ze smietana i owocami???

Tradycyjnie w calej Skandynawii podaje sie gofry z dzemem truskawkowym, albo malinowym i bita, nie slodzona smietana.

Przepis nie jest po pierwsze pelnym przepisem, po drugie nie jest pochodzenia z kuchni norweskiej.
