grochóweczka z koperkiem

Ingredients:

1 kg groszku łuskanego

1 kg boczku wędzonego

0,5 kg kiełbasy

3 marchewki

1 pietruszka w korzeniu

1 mały seler

pół pęczka koperku

2 kostki rosołowe

2 listki laurowe

1 garść pieprzu kolorowego

3 ziela angielskie

1 łyżka majeranku

kucharek

2 łyżki mąki

4 łyżki masła

Prepare instructions:

-groszek moczymy min. 2,5 h, a najlepiej całą noc.

-wylewamy z niego wodę i wlewamy świeżą, gotujemy ok. 1 h.

-obieramy warzywa (bez cebuli) i wkładamy je do garnka z grochem, dodajemy do niego również kostki, listki, pieprz i ziele.

-gotujemy aż warzywa będą miękkie.

-dodajemy drobno poszatkowany koperek.

-z boczku odcinamy skórę, i wytapiamy ją na patelni, następnie wrzucamy ją do garnka z zupką.

-na tłuszczu powstałym ze skóry smażymy boczek pokrojony w paseczki i kiełbasę pokrojoną w kostkę.

-kiełbasę i boczek dodajemy do zupy.

-na patelni roztapiamy 2 łyżki masła i robimy zasmażkę z mąki, dolewamy do zasmażki chochelkę płynu z zupy, mieszamy i wlewamy do zupy.

-cebulę kroimy w kosteczkę, szklimy na 2 łyżkach masła i dodajemy do zupy.

-przyprawiamy majerankiem i kucharkiem do smaku.

jak dużo wychodzi tej zupy?

Pełny duży garnek, ale dokładnie nie wiem, zależy np. od tego ile wody dodamy (czyli jaką gestą chcemy). Ale myślę, że z 1 kg grochu spokojnie będzie 10 - 15 porcji.
