Ingredients:

400 g maki
50 g drozdzy
1 jajko
0,5 lyzeczki soli
250 ml wody lub mleka
1 cebula
50 g czegos wedzonego (szynka,salami.kielbasa do wyboru)
0,5 lyzeczki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Drozdze rozetrzec z cukrem i 1 lyzka maki,zalac cieplym mlekiem lub woda i odstawic do wyrosniecia.Jak rozczyn ruszy i bedzie mial konsystencje gestej smietany dodc reszte maki i jajko.Wedline z cebulka bardzo drobno pokroic,podsmazyc na lyzce oleju i dodac do ciasta.Krotko wyrobic i odstawic w ciepla miejsce aby podroslo.Po ok 0,5 godziny wylozyc na stolnice,rozwalkowac na grubosc ok 1-1,5 cm i radelkiem lub nozem pokroic w paski szerokosci ok 4 cm.Nastepnie pokroic ukosnie jak kopytka.Smazyc na dosc glebokim,srednio rozgrzanym oleju z obydwu stron na zloto.

Grubaski swietnie nadaja sie do barszczu i kazdej innej zupy.Mozna je tez podawaci sosami,dipami wg wlasnej inicjatywy

Sa naprawde pyszne i sycace.

Super rzecz na wykorzystanie pozostałości wędlin z lodówki.

Podałam do czerwonego barszczyku. Goście nie mogli sie nachwalić. Są bardzo smaczne. Polecam.

Zrobiłem z wędzonym boczkiem ale chyba zapomniałem o jajku. I tak wyszło bardzo smaczne. Tanie, proste i dobre.
