Grzanki Czosnkożerców

Ingredients:

6 kromek chleba
kostka sera topionego (smak dowolny - ja preferuję czosnkowy, wiejski)
2 duże ząbki czosnku
margaryna do smażenia
Dodatki:
keczup lub pomidory

Prepare instructions:

Połowę kromek posmarować serem topionym, przykryć pozostałymi, lekko docisnąć. Jeżeli używamy dużych kromek - przekroić na pół, tak aby powstało 6 podwójnych "kanapek". Na patelni rozgrzać margarynę i smażyć chleb z dwóch stron na ciemnozłoty kolor. Gotowe grzanki przełożyć na talerz i jeszcze gorące mocno natrzeć czosnkiem z dwóch stron. Na to obowiązkowo keczup lub pomidory z czosnkiem (wg uznania). Można też, oprócz sera topionego, dodać do każdej "kanapki" plaster żółtego sera.

Pyszna, choć kaloryczna kolacja - najbezpieczniej spożywać w weekend, aby nie ziać czosnkiem na współpracowników. Mniej kalorycznie i bardzo prosto - usmażyć same kromki chleba na bardzo ciemnozłoty kolor, mocno natrzeć czosnkiem i spożyć z dodatkami lub bez. Czosnkożercom życzę smacznego.
