Ingredients:

świeże grzyby leśne mieszane

Zalewa:

1/3 szklanki octu

2/3 szklanki wody

1/3 szklanki cukru

2 listki laurowe

kilka ziaren czarnego pieprzu

2 małe cebulki pokrojone w ćwiartki

sól

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby obieramy, dokładnie myjemy.

Przygotowujemy zalewę: Gotujemy wszystkie składniki zalewy około 5 minut.

Grzyby gotujemy w osolonej wodzie około 5 minut. Odcedzamy je na durszlak i przelewamy gorącą, przegotowaną wodą (około 1,5 l. wody).

Gorące grzybki od razu kładziemy do słoików i zalewamy wrzącą zalewą. Słoiki odwracamy do góry dnem aż wystygną.

Nie pasteryzujemy słoików.

* Ilość zalewy zależy od ilości grzybów, podana ilość wystarczy na pewno na kilka 200ml słoików.

Bardzo fajny przepis. Jak dla mnie idealne proporcje zalewy. Grzybki wyszły po prostu pyszne.
