Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

1 kg pieczarek średniej wielkości. Wykorzystujemy tylko kapelusze.
3 - 5 średnich cebul
2 jajka
bułka tarta
sól, pieprz
olej do smażenia

Zalewa:

4 szklanki wody,
11 łyżek octu
7 łyżek cukru
2 małe słoiczki koncentratu pomidorowego Łowicz
1 łyżka soli
pieprz ziarnisty, ziele angielskie, liść laurowy.

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki (kapelusze) obtoczyć w jajku, w bułce tartej i usmażyć.

W miedzyczasie gotujemy zalewę z podanych składników.

Usmażone grzyby przekładamy warstwowo cebulą.

Następnie tak przygotowane pieczarki zalewamy gorącą zalewą, po wystygnięciu przekładany w chłodne miejsce najlepiej do lodówki.

Tą przystawkę nalezy podawać nastepnego dnia po sporządzeniu !!!!
Można przechowywać w lodówce conamniej przez tydzień.

Robię takie grzybki i są przepyszne, POLECAM!!!

Ja rownież robię takie grzybki,tylko że zamiast bułki tartej używam mąki krupczatki.

Rzeczywiście smakują i wygladają jak ryba opiekana w cieście,są boooooooskie :)
