Ingredients:

1 i 1/3 szklanki mąki (23 dag)
1/2 torebki proszku do pieczenia
1 i 1/3 szklanki cukru (32 dag)
1 cukier waniliowy
1 płaska łyżeczka soli
3 płaskie łyżeczki cynamonu
3 marchewki (ok. 40 dag)
szklanka neutralnego oleju
4 jajka
10 dag posiekanych migdałów
masło do formy
Masa:
5 dag cukru pudru
10 dag masła
20 dag serku Philadelfia
aromat waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszaj w misce mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia, cukrem, cukrem waniliowym, solą i cynamonem. Marchewki zetrzyj na drobnej tarce. Do mąki dodaj olej, wymieszaj. Ucieraj mikserem, kolejno wbijając po jednym jajku. Na koniec dodaj marchewki i migdały, ciasto dokładnie wymieszaj, przełóż do formy posmarowanej masłem, wyrównaj powierzchnię. Piecz godzinę w temp. 170°C. Jeśli wierzch zanadto się rumieni, przykryj ciasto pergaminem. Upieczony torcik wyjmij z piekarnika i pozostaw do ostygnięcia. Zrób masę: stop masło, odłóż je, aby przestygło. Utrzyj mikserem twarożek z cukrem pudrem i aromatem waniliowym. Nie przerywając ucierania, powolutku wlewaj masło. Gotową masę rozsmaruj na torcie. Ten torcik można udekorować marchewkami z marcepana. to jest na około na 4 osoby
