Jabłecznik rozpływający się w ustach Marleny

Ingredients:

5 jajek

4 łyżki mąki pszennej

9 łyżek mąki ziemniaczanej

1 szklanka cukru

1 margaryna

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1 kg. jabłek

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić na sztywno, dodać szklankę cukru, ubijać, dodać żółtka i dalej ucierać aż do rozpuszczenia cukru.Margarynę rozpuścić. Wlewać do jajek na przemian z produktami sypkimi. Połowę ciasta wylać na blachę i podpiekać aż sie delikatnie zarumieni (ok. 30min.).

W tym czasie obrać jabłka i zetrzeć na tartce o grubych oczkach. Podpróżyć jabłka w garnku, dodać cukru wg. własnego smaku. (Ja do jabłek dokładam nie raz galaretkę).

Ciepłe jabłka wylewamy na podpieczoną część biszkoptu, wylewamy drugą część ciasta i pieczemy na złoty kolor (ok. 40 min.).

Przepis wygląda na szybki,ale mam pytanko,nie dajesz cukru waniliowego lub żadnego zapachu i cynamonu do jabłek?

Witaj . Ja nie daję cukru waniliowego, a z cynamonem jest różnie jak mam to dam a jak nie mam to nie daję.To zależy czy ktoś lubi czy nie. Dzisiaj upiekłam to ciasto i oczywiście już nie ma. znika w oka mgnieniu. Masz rację szybko się go robi.
