Jabłka po amerykansku mojej koleżanki

Ingredients:

Jabłka // 1 kg
Cukier brązowy // 2 łyżki stołowe
Cukier biały // pół szklanki
Mąka // 200g
Masło // 200g
Cukeir biały // 200g
Cynamon // pół łyżeczki

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka obrać, poprzekrajać na pół, usunąć gniazdka nasienne i poukładać w naczyniu żaroodpornym. Jabłka zasypać cukrami i cynamonem. Z mąki, masła i cukru wyrobyć kruszonkę, umieścić ją na przyprawionych owocach. Piec w temp. 180C do czasu zrumienienia się kruszonki.

w tym przepisie jest dwa razy cukier biały?

Owszem, połową szklanki zasypujemy jabłka, a 200g dodajemy do kruszonki. Pozdrawiam i zapraszam do przyrządzenia jabłek! Dla jeszcze lepszego smaku można dodać dodatkowo 60g uprażonych na patelki płatków migdałów. Weronika

To jest po prostu apple crumble :) Zajadałam się tym deserem u koleżanki, teraz będę go mogła przygotować sama :)
