Parówki w cieście francuskim z serem

Ingredients:

Parówki ok. 460g
Płat ciasta francuskiego
4 plasterki sera żółtego typu Gouda lub maasdamer

Prepare instructions:

Parówki obrać z osłonek. Ciasto rozwinąć, pokrajac w pionowe paski o szerokości 2 cm. Na każdą parówkę nawinąć płat ciasta. Blaszkę lub płytę blaszaną z piekarnika (ja piekę na tej płycie) nakryć pergaminem, poukładać na niej parówki. Piec je w temp. 220C do zarumienienia się ciasta. Po wyciągnieciu ich z piekarnika na każdej sztuce położyć pasek sera zółtego, ponownie włożyć do piekarnika (ważne by piekarnik był nadal ciepły!) i trzymać parówki w nim do roztopienia się sera. Podawać z keczupem. Potrawa szczególnie smakuje dzieciom, gdyż chyba każde dziecko lubi parówki, a połączenie ciasta francuskiego z parówkami pewnie im zaimponuje.

ja zrobiłam troszkę inaczej,parówki pokroiłam by powstały małe kąski,ser dałam do środka a dodatkowo wysmarowałam środek pastą pomidorową w tubce.....super szybkie i banalnie proste,dobra alternatywa dla kogoś kto robi przyjęcia i planuje dużo zrobic a ma mało czasu....pozdrawiam
