Ingredients:

ciasto:

6 dkg.orzechów
3 jajka
9 dkg.cukru
5 dkg.mąki
2,5 dkg.mąki ziemniaczanej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

masa jabłkowa:

1 kg.jabłek
3 łyżki soku z cytryny
1 budyń waniliowy
6 dkg.cukru

bita śmietana:

250ml.kremówki
cukier waniliowy
usztywniacz do śmietany

Prepare instructions:

Orzechy posiekać .Białka ubić ,dodać cukier,następnie żółtka.Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem,dodać do masy i delikatnie wymieszać + orzechy.
Upiec jak biszkopt 170*C ok 20min.

Jabłka zetrzeć (tarka o grubych oczkach),dodać sok z cytryny i cukier .Przesmażyć.
Budyń wymieszać w 50ml.wody dodać do masy i gotować jeszcze 2 min.

Smietanę ubić z cukrem i usztywniaczem.

Na biszkopt wyłożyć ciepła masę jabłkową.Ostudzić .Następnie rozprowadzić ubitą śmietanę.Polać rozpuszczoną czekoladą (esy-floresy).

Jest to porcja na mała blaszkę.Przepis pochodzi z gazetki "Ciasta na stół".Szczerze polecam to ciacho!

Ciasto bardzo proste a smak boski.Powtórka na urodziny teścia.

Upiekłam dziś i wstawiłam zdjęcie (trochę marne zdjęcie:):)ale ciasto dobre a przecież to się liczy:)
