Jajka w sosie musztardowym

Ingredients:

w zależności ile osób

4 jajka
kostka rosołowa
mąka
sól, pieprz
jogurt nat. lub śmietana

Prepare instructions:

Jajka gotujemy na twardo w osolonej wodzie.

Sos:
Nalewamy do rondelka zimnej wody (w zależności ile chcemy mieć sosu), gdy sie zagotuje wrzucamy 1 kostkę rosołową. Następnie (ja) zagęszczmy to wodą i dużą łyżką mąki (nalewam zimnej wody do słoiczka, wrzucam mąkę, zakręcam roztrzepuje i do rondla). Jężeli odpowiada mam konsystencja dodajemy musztarde (kto ile chce, ja daję sarebskiej solidną łyżeczke), sół, pieprz. Ciągle gotujemy na małym ogniu. Wszystko razem mieszamy a na końcu dodajemy pół łyżki jogurtu nat.

Jajka kroimy na ćwiartki lub drobniej. Wrzucamy do rondla. I gotowe!!

Podajemy z gotowanym ziemniakami i dowolną surówką
