Jaskółcze Gniazda

Ingredients:

40dkg mięsa mielonego
mała bułeczka
cebula
1-2 ząbki utartego czosnku
natka lub koperek
sól
pieprz
4-5 jajek ugotowanych na twardo
1 łyżka mąki
tarta bułka
tłuszcz do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Mięso wymieszać z namoczoną bułką,
surowym jajkiem,posiekaną zieleniną,
drobno posiekaną cebulą.Doprawić do
smaku solą,pieprzem i czosnkiem.Dobrze
wyrobić na jednolitą masę.Ugotowane i
obrane jajka obtoczyć w mące i okleić
równomiernie masą mięsną.W garnku
rozgrzać tłuszcz (olej lub smalec ) do
temperatury ok 180 stopni i smażyć jak
frytki około 5-6 min, aż ładnie się zrumienią.
Gotowe przekrawać na pół i układać na
listkach sałaty.Można podać z ziemniakami
puree i surówką.Smacznego!!!!!!!!!!!

Zrobiłam dziś na obiadek jaskółcze gniazda, właśnie się smażą ale już 1 spróbowałam i muszę powiedzieć bardzo smaczne. Jak mi się uda zrobic fotkę to wstawie potem. Polecam smaczny obiadek i wcale nie drogi. Acha gdzieś wyczytałam żeby jajka obtoczyć w mące a potem w mięsku i tak zrobiłam. Pozdrówka dla autora

Zrobiłam i są bardzo smaczne.Podałam z ziemniaczkami, sałatą w śmietanie i dla chętnych w sosjerce sosik pomidorowy:)
