Ingredients:

· migdały

· polewa czekoladowa

· ciasto:

· 6 jajek

· szkl mąki

· 1/2 szkl mąki ziemniaczanej

· szkl cukru

· 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

· kakao

· krem:

· margaryna i masło (82%) w proporcji 2:1

· 1,5 szkl cukru

· 6 jajek

· kwasek cytrynowy

· sok z cytryny

· olejek

· kakao

· wódka

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: z podanych składników upiec biszkopt (w tortownicy) ponad 30 min w 170˚C.

Krem: utrzeć margarynę z masłem i 1/2 szkl cukru na puch. Jajka wybić, postawić na garnek z gorącą wodą, dodać 1 szkl cukru i ubijać do gęstości. Zdjąć i ubijać do ostygnięcia. Małymi strużkami ostrożnie dodawać do masła i margaryny, stale mieszając. Dodać kakao, do smaku wódkę, kwasek cytrynowy, sok z cytryny, olejek. Uważać żeby się nie zważyło.

Ciasto przekroić na kilka okrągłych płatów, uformować kształt jeża. Każdy krążek namoczyć wódką rozrzedzoną z wodą. Ciasto przekładać kremem. Całość polać polewą czekoladową. Migdały sparzyć, obrać i pokroić w słupki. Powbijać jako kolce.

jeśli będzie okazja do upieczenia ciasta to zrobię fotkę i wkleję :)
