jogurtowo-śmietanowe ciasto Anes

Ingredients:

spód:
100g masła
5 łyżek cukru
torebka cukru waniliowego
2 jajka
4 łyżki mleka
100g mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
masa:
1 galaretka pomarańczowa (lub dowolna)
250ml jogurtu naturalnego
250ml śmietany kremówki
1/2 cukru waniliowego (8g)
wierzch:
owoce
1 galaretka

Prepare instructions:

1) Masło utrzeć z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym na kremową masę.Nie przerywając ucierania,dodawać na przemian jajka i mleko.Na koniec wsypać mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia,całość wymieszać.Gotowe ciasto przełożyć do natłuszczonej tortownicy,piec 15-20 minut w temp.200*C. Ostudzić w formie.
2) Galaretkę rozpuścić w połowie wody podanej na opakowaniu,dodając 100g cukru (jeśli jogurt jest bez cukru i jeśli,ktoś sobie życzy).Następnie przestudzić ją i wymieszać z jogurtem.Odstawić na kilka minut do lodówki.

3) Kremówkę ubić na sztywno,dodać do lekko sciętej masy jogurtowej.Rozsmarować na ostudzone ciasto.Na wierzchu ułożyć owoce.Odstawić do lodówki.
4) Rozpuścić galaretkę,przestudzić i wylać na zastygnięte ciasto.Odstawić do lodówki.

Jak zwykle - widzę - część dla Ciebie, część dla dzieci - poznaję po wierzchu ciasta. A tak w ogóle to wstawiasz taki fajny przepis, jak ja jestem na diecie. I co? Na razie dodaję do ulubionych, zrobię wkrótce i pogadamy
