Ingredients:

kalafior
1-2 jajka
2-4 łyżek mąki (dla średnio-gęstej, ale puszystej konsystencji)
2-4 łyżek bułki tartej
4 garście zgniecionych płatków kukurydzianych (niekoniecznie)
sól
pieprz
olej lub margaryna do smażenia

Wskazówki:
Masa musi byc robiona na świeżo, ponieważ przy dłuższym staniu wolno, osiądzie sie na spodzie woda (bialka).

Prepare instructions:

Surowy kalafior podzielic na różyczki z małymi łodyszkami i ugotowac w osolonej wodzie, a nastepnie odcedzic.
Jajka podzielic na białka i żółtka.
Białka ubic na sztywno.
Dodac żółtka i ubijac, aż żółtka połączą się równo z białkami.
Dodac mąkę, bułkę, płatki i wymieszac delikatnie dla jednolitej masy.
Doprawic dosyc intensywnie solą i lekko pieprzem.
Maczac czubki gorącego lub ciepłego kalafiora w przygotowanej masie.
Kłaśc od razu na rozgrzany olej lub margarynę i smażyc na małym ogniu do zrumienienia.

Danie smakuje podobnie jak kalafior moczony w rozmąconym jajku i bułce tartej, ale tu jest więcej ciasta, jest łagodny i trochę inny nawet pod względem wizualnym.

zaskakujący pomysł na kalafiorka-inaczej:-)) Oczywiście pozwolę sobie umieścić w ulubionych, niech czeka na swoją kolej.....wypróbuję go...dzięki za przepis-pozdrawiam.
