Ingredients:

√ średnia główka kapusty
√ 40 dag pieczarek
√ 3 cebule
√ 2 marchewki
√ podwójna pierś z kurczaka
√ masło do smażenia
√ sól, pieprz, słodka papryka
√ vegeta
√ kostka rosołowa drobiowa
√ ziele angielskie, liść laurowy (2), pieprz w ziarenkach
√ koncentrat pomidorowy lub pomidory z puszki

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę kroimy, płuczemy i obgotowujemy w lekko osłodzonej i osolonej wodzie bez przykrycia, odlewamy. Następnie gotujemy dodając kostkę rosołową, vegetę, pieprz w ziarenkach, listek laurowy oraz ziele angielskie (wszystko do smaku).

Cebulę kroimy w piórka, szklimy na maśle. Pieczarki obieramy, kroimy w plasterki i smażymy na złoty kolor na mocno rozgrzanym maśle.
Marchewkę obieramy i zcieramy na tarce o dużych oczkach.
Wszystko dodajemy do gotującej się kapusty.

Pierś z kurczaka myjemy, kroimy w kostkę i obsmażamy na maśle. Dodajemy do kapusty, gdy ta jest prawie miękka.

Pod koniec gotowania dodajemy do smaku sól, pieprz, słodką paprykę oraz koncentart pomidorowy.

Dzieki za przepis!!! Wyszło przepyszne, tylko ja nie miałam piersi z kurczaka i dodałam podsmażony boczek!

Wtgląda mi to na ciekawy przepis, ale jakoś mi tu nie pasuje ten filet, kiełbaskę bym zamiast tego dała Napewno wypróbuję w niedługim czasie
